The PR on the placement was posted on the company website somewhat late last night, I actually did check the website yesterday after the close and there was nothing new posted, but later the guys at Stocktwits started posting about it at 7:30pm so again it appears a low level of visibility was desired. Not sure I understand that, todays volume was up again and the share price actually climbed a bit. Seems nobody is concerned about the dilutive nature of the placement.
Ha, just got an email with an 8K attached. Guess everyone on the list will know about it now...
