Compared to private placements. The whole concept of publicly reporting companies of conducting Reg A+ offerings is totally new -- especially in the environment we're in with shorts attacking OTC stocks continually. I have no idea what XERI is contemplating at this time, but anything designed to protect existing holders of common stock and provide all players with healthy returns is OK with me. Unless you're looking to flip your shares, which makes no sense with a stock like XERI, having a moderate lock-up period shouldn't be a big deal. Anyone else have an opinion on this?
