What do you KNOW FOR A FACT??

We know that Enforcement has been trying to enforce the rules against delinquent filing for years, and we know DBMM has been squirming around, trying to get out of paying for their transgressions.

We know that it would be unthinkable that Enforcement would simply say “OK, we’ve had enough of this, we give up”.

We know there is no hard and fast rule about posting ALL documents filed in a case. That’s been shown here.

There’s NOTHING that would point to enforcement not filing the brief. You can talk all day long about how you don’t see it posted and therefore it hasn’t been filed!

I believe it has been.

DBMM IS TOAST.
