Well to be fair, it did trade $1.25 last week, so that is dollars. But you would have to go back to 2012 to see multiple dollars during the great pump and dump effort paid for by Rich.
To say it cant trade dollars is incorrect, it can easily trade dollars, it does have a TA verified Float of 9,180,000, there are triple 0 tickers that have been trading millions of dollars in volume the past couple of months with tens of BILLIONS in their float and with no contact information, zero disclosures for YEARS and nothing more than a ticker that exists.
