I didn't hear any reason given for withdrawal from case. Both attorneys were in agreement. I have no idea what Mr. Sawyer plans to do, but gee wiz, he essentially just notified people via LinkedIn last night, that he's no longer CEO of EMPM. Though, I haven't seen any "official" notification on that.

Technically, the case is still open but does that even matter now. - With Mr. Sawyer's voting shares stripped away, SH Meeting Ordered, and other protective Orders in place now...what leverage, benefit, or reason does he have left to pursue?

There's nothing to block Saean from moving forward now, at least not that I'm aware of.
