ralphey, we tried that idea when amarin filed their 2020 proxy. We didn't have enough of votes to object to compensation. I've been researching ways to proceed with zmans idea of using rule 14a-8, 1934 act but haven't had much success with reaching a human to ask a few questions. Citibank, London is the transfer agent for amarin. I've contacted a sec attorney with who I've had a business relationship for yrs. but since I'm out of the loop, no reply yet.
