I agree... However it still doesn't change the fact that the O/S is now 6B shares higher than it was in Friday... Do you understand this..? What does that do to the value of your (and mine) current shares..?

and in that 1 year time any number of things can happen.


they are opening up more offices. revenues will increase.


they may be in position to buy back shares.



these shares issued to insiders for the acquisition cannot hit the market for a year.


so there is really no dilution right now.

this was overblown by self serving crooks and criminals like george sharp.

he is the legless coward that needs to be reported to SEC for:


1. lies
2. fabrication
3. slandering the CEO of $LTNC
4. for trying to profit from this blatant manipulation



company is doing just fine and growing and expanding.

they are transitioning into a diversified holding company.



and they are about to get current.
