If Anavex numbers for Alzheimer's are so great, what more do we NEED for the FDA or TGA to approve?

A first step would be Anavex filing an NDA for the FDA or similar for other agencies to consider.

Anavex haven't done that so far, so that means waiting for trial results that can lead to an NDA being filed.
