If they sell down here...yes.

It looks to be headed lower near term, but long term it could reach new 1yr highs...

But the bottom is not in. The share structure says it gets hit with volume and it could move fiercely...but it would need some kind of strong PR with real news...you got textbook head and shoulders here...

Right shoulder was weak AF and it will more than likely head lower. Could reverse but not terribly likely...but it is the OTC so all is speculation and opinion...charting doesn't mean much...but it is a handy guide...my gut says it is not done correcting...
