CNGT- Not saying you are wrong, but I will disagree. We touched .046 not to long ago and quickly bounced back into the $.06 to $.07 range.

I believe shares are scarce due to this 90M or so share float being very tight. This 8k is a signal that this acquisition of Recommerce Group Inc. is a done deal and we are just waiting on the official closing and PR, which could come earlier than March 31st based on yesterdays 8K.

I am sure folks would love to buy $.02 to $.03 range, I could be wrong, but believe that we move North toward $.10 not South toward $.02 or $.03 JMO.
