Not nonsense at all. It's difficult to tell who has priced in poor results/no buyback vs. those who expect to see stelar results and a robust buyback. If you're in the former category, odds are you're expecting a 'meh' disclosure, and will buy or hold. But if you're in the latter group, do you dump, or do you reset your expectations and push on.
As for reasonable DD - there is no such thing with this company. I don't assign any credibility to Barron's tweets, and there has been no *real* public disclosure for several years. What disclosure did exist in the past is hardly indicative of a company on the cusp of $15MM in market cap (at .01), nevermind $150MM.
