If you do not file a brief, and the judge has made a initial decision in favor of DBMM, there is no choice by the Commission to dismiss all litigation and reinstate to Pink Status. If there was new evidence against DBMM, they would have filed the brief on time. Good luck to all !!!
This case has already been ruled in in favor of DBMM. The losing sec attorneys filed a petition for review. Absent any support brief for the petition for review, the commission will be compelled to uphold the dismissal of the proceedings as the judge ruled. When one team quits at halftime, the game is over. The referees don’t make the winning team play against nobody.
