SEC will have a hard time finding $RGBP's HQ as there isn't actually one AND they can't actually arrest the CEO as Regen doesn't actually have one to arrest. In fact, there is no one to arrest. The company has NO EMPLOYEES.
But they can fax them. That at least is working. Question is, where is that fax located? Probably a Kinko's? LOL
