Unfortunately, this is substantiating what I mentioned earlier about penny stock certs are going to be problems for people who believed stock promoters and winick type mega crooks.
You may need the cert as proof of a tax loss however. There may be no way out otherwise of a total loss of the cost of that group of shares. Sorry.
