on 2/10/21 I* sent my Cert into Ameritrade......on 2/16/21 AAmeritrade returned my Cert and a letter.........After completing a thorough review we can't accept..........our review procedures are in place to protect both AT and client's.......top priority.

At the bottom of the letter it says..........Note:....We will be following up with you shortly. based on your preferred method of contact (email or Letter), to confirm the disbursement of these shares.

Any idea what this may mean?????
