I guess I was just trying to figure out investors opinions on whether if they win this case:

Then USRM is golden or if there are more hurdles and if they lose does it mean it's over.

For me, it seems that this is easy money swinging, but very difficult to figure out what to base the long investment on. I already made tens of thousands on this flipping it, and really want to just reinvest those profits (actually did put it all back in on the big dip Friday) and forget about this. Either it goes to zero or way way up! These court cases go on and on and on forever. Because I know this will hit 0.07+ again and could swing again, but is it even worth it now, when this could be so close to the big pay day!
