WATCH for the share issuance to TANK the stock commensurate with the amount of DILUTION!!!!!!!!! 10 % dilution 10% drop in stock 50% dilution 50% drop in stock. Wha is 55 mill new shares dilute the no 91 mill shares, imho there are you numbers to figure by.

NOW what I might suggest is that IF IF IF all of a sudden and in the next couple of weeks( prior to March 19th ) if we see the stock price soar and out of no where, dilution might MIGHT be getting ready to happen, so they can short it off the highs!!!!!!!!!!!!

CAREFUL CAREFUL, these guys are good and they are fast, WHAT ONE SELLS one may never be able to buy back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They own 91.47% now and imho they would much prefer 100% but THAT IS up to holders here, so that leaves ONLY about 9 mill shares left for the to pick up at current TOS
