I wonder what kind of a deal could be struck between Vennwest, Bear and Quirk. It is hard to believe that Quirk backed away from this that isn't his style. Was he appeased in some way yet I see no 8-K to indicate that. I find it hard to believe that Exhibit B investors are just twiddling their fingers....your thoughts???
