I agree with the mid to long term play. The summons was filed on 17 Feb and gave the defendants 20 days to respond with a written response, so I figure nothing is going to happen in the court until this time expires. Then it will be up to the judge to decide when he wants to hear the case. No SEC filings or other actions are going to happen until the case is settled. When it is settled, there will be SEC filings and other actions that have to take place before Rock Creek Mining is acquired. The full value of these shares is not going to happen overnight or in the next couple of weeks, but probably in a couple of months. It should be a good ride for those of us who are in now at these prices, but don't give up your shares because the price is bouncing up and down at sub-penny levels. Get what you can now and hold. $NWGC looks to have a lot of upside in the next few months IMHO.
