I understand, the SEC is after the ones that’s have no filings and with promoters pumping companies that are not active with bloated floats. I mean watching the OTC during the last 3 months would make you wonder why these bloated floats were running with no news. The novice investors are falling for these promoters and not really doing any due diligence. The SEC is smart and do their own due diligence , and they know there is filings with NWGC in the courts, so my sentiments is that we are safe imo. Mid to long term play here imo.
