The Class A shares account for half of the market cap of SHMP, by virtue of the conversion rights, which allow holders of the Class A shares to convernt them to common shares at an amount equal to the number of common shares outstanding at the time of conversion.

The true pps for the common shares held by SHMP "investors" is half of the trading price.

This has been a fact since the Class A shares were created. The conversion rights have been clearly spelled out in every 10-Q and 10-K filed by SHMP since then.

SHMP "investors" are ignoring the conversion rights of the Class A shares. Holders of the common really only have a claim to HALF the market cap.
