"They still use burbas 1st generation technology,"

E3 Metals has their own patent that some Univerity in Canada invented. E3 does not use Burba's tech.

IBAT reported this fall that it will be using Livents old patent and a Sorcia patent. Until patent issues are seen through.

VANCOUVER (miningweekly.com) – The TSX-V-quoted equity of technology firm E3 Metals Corp jumped on Wednesday following an announcement by the company that it has succeeded in concentrating raw brine from 75 mg/l to 1 206 mg/l lithium in less than three hours, while simultaneously removing 99% of the critical metal impurities.

The bench-scale tests were completed by the University of Alberta and were independently verified by CIMIC Group’s mineral processing arm Sedgman Canada.

Livent announced the breakup with E3 Metals after E3 Metals made a deal with Mackie Research, for private placements. And left 3 million on the Table.

Livent Opts Out of the Joint Development Project Due to Resource and Capital Considerations

. Despite opting out of the existing agreement, Livent has expressed interest to E3 Metals in working together to further advance the DLE technology under a different deal structure.

Just throwing it out there. Livent could be the one buying the commons in a take over attempt? Just saying lol
