That's the point... The value will not change at all.
Why would you assume those shares will be sold at a discount when we don't even know what the terms of the dilution are? M The Movement spent $250,000 for 1 million shares (Avg .25pps). Isn't that a premium from the current share price?
If you waited for this, you will not reap almost any of the benefits of the growth of the company. This company provides a rare opportunity to publicly buy a potentially game-changing company before they have changed the game. Most companies like this are private and we would never have access to them. The news looks great, of course, there is not a guarantee that they will be able to mass-produce, but they certainly look like they will be able to achieve that goal fairly soon.
"KBLB/Prodigy hasn't even produced several hundred pounds in consecutive production runs and wants to convince the world they can commercialize (in major quantities) at the drop of a hat? "
Two questions... they are on topic. .. First question ... how do you know that.
This is one reason I talk about drug companies. You can talk all day to savvy NASDAQ investors about potentiated drugs to hit the market IF they get past the FDA phased trials. They dilute shares at a discount, as expected by the financing powers that be, and are driven by HOPES of passing those trials. It will not be a problem as once again, it is standard operating procedure.
And the NASDAQ listed companies go 14 years before being turned down by the FDA. They will never see production. It happens. So these are common risk factors that the drug companies mention in the appropriate section of their filings. They try and fail. Understanding these risks is in large part, what makes them savvy.
This should be understood but one reason KBLB has not produced much more fiber, is because they have been waiting for Vietnam or pandemic measures to run their course. They have been ramping up eggs as advertised. There are far fewer risks associated with KBLB at this point, but they will know that.
