Why would you assume those shares will be sold at a discount when we don't even know what the terms of the dilution are? M The Movement spent $250,000 for 1 million shares (Avg .25pps). Isn't that a premium from the current share price?

KBLB/Prodigy hasn't even produced several hundred pounds in consecutive production runs and wants to convince the world they can commercialize (in major quantity) at the drop of a hat?

If you waited for this, you will not reap almost any of the benefits of the growth of the company. This company provides a rare opportunity to publicly buy a potentially game-changing company before they have changed the game. Most companies like this are private and we would never have access to them. The news looks great, of course, there is not a guarantee that they will be able to mass-produce, but they certainly look like they will be able to achieve that goal fairly soon.
