BS, there are plenty of Retail investors buying and selling pennystocks.

Of course, all a Retail investor needs is a Brokerage firm to buy or sell pennystocks.

CDEL trades LVVV using an algorithm. No humans are behind the trigger. Sometimes high volume comes in from another source and the algorithm is suspended, or switches over to another algorithm.

You don't know that. where's your proof?
