Keep in mind, the amount of money here they have spent does matter,
but when purchasing another company.. cash is not the only instrument that
is used. Their can be a combination of cash, stock, debt, that is used.
In other words, the completion of the acquisition is not dependent on
just cash. It all depends on what PKG agreed to.
