There might have been a typo in the 8-K:

Quote: “As things stand today, 60,124,028 common shares of Registrant were issued improperly by the TA to VHMC Shareholders.”

It seems like the last word in the previous sentence should have been... Noteholders.

Need a discerning eye to verify!

Any thoughts on the 8-K? Not sure what to make of it. Obviously shares were distributed to those that shouldn't have gotten them it appears. I don't see the remedy here. How are they to replace them? Are they to go into the market and actually buy back shares? Who will enforce this? The 8-K does not state what's to be done.

Another question is where did these shares come from the current O/S?

Just asking.
