That's tough. Am fortunate that I don't have any entanglements to bad people, through relationships I have with good people anymore.
Had to be hands off and at arms length with the day to day stuff and just be supportive from a distance.
More importantly though, is to be ready to provide support when that person pulls the ripcord on their own and needs a place to land.
As far as BotW goes, my nephew now thinks I am an idiot (thanks buddy, LOL)
I approach games with a "Sniper Elite" attitude. Very cautious.
Six hours into BotW and have just gotten my paraglider and have four hearts (to be fair, I am practically a chef now.)
He asked me for an update on progress and when I told him, he LOLed.
Said something like, "your online buddy is talking about a sequel? At the rate you are going, you don't have enough years left to even finish the original."
Kids these days. No respect for their elders.
