I guess the FACT that it is from the APPEALS COURT and the final lines says the court did not err in it's original verdict just escaped your examination. LOL

Ya see folks, this is why you need to do your own DD because the TRUTH is out there and taking anything at face value can mislead you if you aren't fully aware by your own inspection.
