T-Trades aren't dilution.

MM's settle their books on trades during the day after hours due to transparency laws. Means nothing since the stock doesn't trade after hours and the transactions don't reflect the real stock price since no one is trading anything (OTC's don't trade after hours)...MM's are just settling trades they couldn't get to during the day. Happens when you handle billions of trades in a day like they did Wednesday.
