I disagree wholeheartedly with your representation that expectation is not inducement. You can't sell them, if you don't make them. You are making them to be sold for the patented, CVD, use. The insurance companies cannot supply them to patients for the the CVD indication if you don't make them. There is certainly some form of inducement there.

It is contributory infringement is not inducement of infringement. (Contributory infringement stands if substantial non-infringing use does not exist.)
