Yes, that is directionally correct as I see it. Just as people today might use aspirin for headache/backache/toothache...etc, w/o specifics labeled. Some kind of similar language of science/law background will be needed for directions and labels...unless...And, this is what I REALLY think we are getting into. (analogy-quick) The body is a hardwired central nervous system of linked functions and bio-chem functions in the brain/w feedback loops to key organs. Who knows what is going to happen if we ever get smart enough to understand/measure each of these links and ...then what?? Well, certainly the rules used today to define legal and medical claims will have to be rewritten and rethought. And so on it will go...but it is ALL GOOD. IMO.
