Not exactly sure why one would need a Hearing for that. I thought if an attorney no longer wanted to represent a client, that he would just file a notice with the court, and that would be it.

Yeah, kind of unusual, we haven't seen anything from Judge yet, on voting shares/proxy matter. Must be a reason for that. Not much else we can do except wait and see what comes out.
