This is not a SPAC. It is a reverse merger. Totally different.

A SPAC? This WASN’T a SPAC merger. If it had been I might have taken it more seriously. They reverse merged into a non-reporting pink sheet with a massive OS.

That is not a SPAC by any definition. A SPAC uses a blank check SEC registered (shell) company...TSNP was certainly not a blank check company.
