"successor" and "predecessor"

My take the "successor" is the Mr. Cooper Group Inc.

the "predecessor" is WMIH and these VIE's assets are not part of the consolidated successor assets and not reported in this 10K - IMO

ALSO reviewing the reported financials
They use this in the reports up to 7/31/2018
Net income attributable to Successor/Predecessor common stockholders

After 7/31/2018 only assets of Successor are in report
