Maybe it was discussed. We don't know what goes on behind the scenes. Anything is possible. I still think that no matter what happens, the odds are against Teva's en banc Petition being granted. I am just saying that procedurally, Teva can move for en banc, and that another en banc Petition is likely forthcoming.
