Yeah, I don't believe it is a "someone" as it happens too fast. I was doing that with low bids and every time I added a tenth of a penny someone showed up above me. Then I ended up putting in .05, they filled part so I was left with less than 10k to go and they showed a large bid at .04. Definite games.
