Money, money, money. Harry is going to be rolling in money big time.

Immunotech shall transfer a 49% interest in Immunotech to HARRY ZHABILOV.(which is now rolled into ENZC)

Upon Immunotech generating revenue from any kind of contractual agreement, i.e. milestone payments, patent licensing/sublicensing, royalties earned, Immunotech shall pay a five percent (5%) royalty on the amount of aggregate worldwide gross revenue, to be paid one-half to HARRY ZHABILOV.

Harry with 71,900,000 shares of ENZC
Diana with 6,000,000 shares of ENZC

There maybe more added to that since the March 2020 SEC filing I pulled that from.
