Was than an IMMB filing, or ENZC?

Still trying to sort out what the IMMB shareholders received for transactions with ENZC or Harry Z. And, of course, there is the core issue of whether IMMB ever, in fact, transferred the ITV-1 patent rights to ENCZ (and for what consideration.) Very difficult to untangle.
