I didn't get to hear the arguments, but generally you can call the outcome based on how they go as long as the judges are talking during the hearing.

I think we were all dreading the possibility that the judges might reconsider the outcome. From those who heard the arguments, sounds quite the opposite. Seems they're doubling down.

Teva, it turns out, got a bad outcome with the original appeals panel agreeing to rehear the case. Their best outcome would have been an en banc, where they could hope to convince a majority to agree with the dissent. But instead, they got a rehearing before the original panel, which now can make its opinion even more bulletproof for another en banc request or a Supreme Court appeal.
