Yes, the board is avaiable, but not officially launched yet.

I am sure INTC does thing s their own way.

Intel will issue a PR when they are ready to ship! Quite sure about that.

deploying now .... initial pr MAY be "XXXXXXXXXXX widget [with various specs] now available, blah, blah, blah"

follow-on pr with adoption rate are what will be telling -- this is the rocket fuel, not product available billboards.
