Yea, one of the other board members found the registration in Hawaii at the time it was filed. We weren't sure what to make of it because they're still keeping the FL registration current. Bob Schlegel also has other companies in Hawaii I believe.
Schlegel was put in charge of GEGP after the reverse merger was announced in 2018. Hamon Fytton was the old owner CEO and he resigned as part of the merger. The strange thing is as of the filing Sept 2020 the deal still wasn't closed.
That is a good catch on the dividend wording. Who would the registered shareholders of capital advisory be? Folks on the board saw registered shareholders as GEGP shareholders. You see the section that excludes "the officers and directors of the company"? That seems to imply the dividend is to registered GEGP holders but will exclude officers. They said there would be follow 8K with more details, so we should find out soon.
Hsiao Chen of Kori Capital is the interesting factor here. Recently being named President of Ice Lounge Media makes many think Kori will merge into GEGP. Waiting to hear something from the company.
