So, I did some DD this morning before I went to work. Not sure if anyone else knows this, but GEGP, while registered in Florida (active, with March 2020 report), is now located and registered in Hawaii. https://hbe.ehawaii.gov/documents/business.html?fileNumber=95915F1

In 2018 there was an "Application For Certificate of Authority For Foreign Corp" in Hawaii, I have no idea what that is all about. Anyways, since then GEGP has entered "not in good standing" status in Hawaii.
