That said, I’m all for any change that potentially helps us shareholders, and increases value.

If a structuring change accomplishes this, so be it.

However, I would certainly vote against anything including Currah et al, as clearly THEIR intentions are solely to line their own pockets (as was made crystal clear over many years).

Let me guess, Currah/Keevil rumor mill? Any claims about Dan are nothing more than diversion from the failures of Currah/Keevil to generate any shareholder value and leading to a CTO, False NI reports and simply being an ATM for their own personal gain. My support remains with Dan but if Currah/Keevil want my proxy it is available for a price starting at .10
