That said, I’m all for any change that potentially helps us shareholders, and increases value.

If a structuring change accomplishes this, so be it.

However, I would certainly vote against anything including Currah et al, as clearly THEIR intentions are solely to line their own pockets (as was made crystal clear over many years).
