I would have loved to have filed the Rule 60 in New Jersey given that Amarin and Hikma are both located in New Jersey (each about 30 minutes in opposite directions from where I live), but the caselaw uniformly states that a Rule 60 motion must be filed in the court which originally entered the judgment that is being attacked.
