That's the issue. Who owns what? IF IMMB transferred IP to ENZC, what was the consideration? At one point there seemed to be such an arrangement contemplated for ENZC stock. If so, how much ENCZ stock does IMMB (and by extension IMMB investors) hold? But that is a big IF since the IP rights appear to be the subject of conflicting claims right now. Harry really needs to get the filings up to date so we can gauge what IMMB is worth and what rights it has.
