After re-reading and re-reading and re-reading the news release from yesterday on the website Accesswire and then re-reading it today.
The verbiage actually skirts the "ownership" of ITV-1(ImmunH).
Every reference to the "patent" of ITV-1 has/or is tagged with another part of the "compound or as an association as a compound".
In the bottom of the article when they talk about Enzolytics history, "compound ITV-1 (Immune Therapeutic Vaccine-1)" is a reference to his patent under ENZC as a "compound" not the actual ImmunH as a standalone patented material under ENZC.
I have emailed IMMB to see if they can clear up the ownership of the patent, but I don't think it's necessary for that confirmation.
It's pretty clear that the wording had to be digested a bit more than originally thought.
My claim, IMMB holds the patent to ImmunH(ITV-1).
