Dr. Missling: I would point out that Alzheimer’s disease represents an under served multi-billion dollar market opportunity. In the United States alone, this is between $13 billion to $67 billion per year. The biggest drug so far in this country was Lipitor, the cholesterol-lowering medication. From an investment point of view, the market we are targeting is even bigger.

Dr. Missling has said we will partner for Alzheimer's. Any revenue projections need to account for the partner's share.

Excellent point Franz and I agree, there will be plenty of revenues in the hundreds of Billions USD to share and then some. I don't think Missling will change his mind about partnering even if the treasury swells on Rett, Fraglile-X, PDD and PD revenues. The Alzheimer market is too huge to go it alone and will require a major pharma with a big foot print for world wide distribution.

If FDA and SAS approved it will be the largest revenue generating drug on the market. I'm going to speculate that SAS will be first due to their current positive arrangement with Anavex's 2-73 Blarcamesine.

Anavex will own the world wide CNS market.
