#53823 RE: surfkast #53820

During Bitcoins first run to $20k, it didn't have the institutional buying/hoarding support like it has now; https://bitcointreasuries.org ..... with these high-tech firms now coming in and allocating part of their cash reserves/treasuries into Bitcoin as a diversification strategy - it's put Bitcoin into a whole new realm (many of them are calling it digital Gold) ... then add in ......

* the recent halving,

* more widespread adoption,

* demand for Bitcoin exceeding new Bitcoin Mining supply

..... and we have the recipe for much higher prices by the end of the year ..... and if any of the FANG's comes in and makes a big purchase, that'll be the "buy" signal (or defacto rough approval for a lack of better words) for the other small-to-medium size tech co's to add BTC to their treasuries who are currently sitting on the sidelines wondering if they should take the plunge.

imo, Apple will soon be under significant pressure to diversify part of their monster cash reserves (roughly $95 billion in cash & cash equivalents) into BTC simply to hedge against the risk of future USD weakness ... if Apple makes a few billion dollar BTC buy; we will shortly thereafter see an avalanche of smaller tech firms do the same.
